1. Previous karting/ Formula Student Design judging experience, or Design reporting experience highly recommended. 

2. 3+ years of industry-related design experience in specific section of vehicle required. Sections include and are not restricted to, engine, drivetrain, chassis, aero, ergonomics, suspension, steering, BMS, electric system ,composites etc.

3. Need to be Technically strong no language barrier

4. Individual must be detail-oriented and meticulous.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Experience in the automotive and/or motorsports industry is an asset. 

7. Past karting /Formula Student experience is an asset.(at least 2years)
