1. Experience in creating and delivering business proposals in a professional environment (minimum 3 years) 

2. Need to be Technically strong no language barrier.

3. Finance, budgeting and accounting, start-up experience, an asset.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Experience in the automotive and/or motorsports industry is an asset. 

6. Past karting + Formula Student experience is an asset. .(at least 2years)
